    Indeed, MQTT is a real-time protocol. MQTT is a publish/subscribe messaging protocol. It is built on a resource-constrained device. MQTT has a lightweight packet structure designed to consume both memory usage and power. Connected devices subscribe to the topic hosted on the MQTT broker. Whenever another device or service publishes data to a topic, all its subscribed devices automatically receive the updated information.
