Lakshmi Deepa SHai. This issue is due to two things
Invalid username or password in the Authentication field.
The invalid IP address of the MQTT Broker in the simulator setting page.
Check whether you have entered the correct username and password in the authentication field and also check the broker IP address for the connected devices or networks.
