The AMC will cost 20% of the product price per year. You can pay the AMC and get support & product updatesfrom the second year.

2. Can I upgrade from one plan to another?

Yes. You can always upgrade from the current plan to any of the plan and you can pay the difference in the amount. Contact support.

3. What to do if I need to connect more devices?

We have customized pricing option to connect more devices. To avail customized plan, contact support.

4. How can I cancel my subscription plan?

In order to cancel your subscription plan in between the usage, please contact support. They will guide you accordingly.

5. Which payment methods do you accept?

We will accept credit or debit card payments, and Direct Bank Transfer.

6. Perpetual vs Subscription, what’s the difference?

Perpetual refers to the one-time payment including, AMC and support to purchase the product permanently. Subscription is a monthly/yearly licensing model.

7. What is the Refund Policy?

If the software does not work as described, we will provide you with a refund. For the plan Subscription, in the first year, we will provide you a 15 days complete refund. For the Perpetual, You will get a complete refund for 15 days. And for Hosted, for the first-month subscription, you will get a 7 days refund.

8. What is included in the FREE updates of the MQTTBroker?

The FREE updates includes all the fixes and the product updates we do in the particular year for which you have the AMC.

9. Can I switch from the FREE plan to one of the paid plans?

Yes. You can switch from the FREE plan to other premium plans at any time.

10. Is Bevywise MQTT Broker available prepaid?

Yes. All our pricing plans will come under prepaid. For a single upfront payment you can choose perpetual plan.

11. What is the difference between Development support and DevOps support?

MQTT Broker comes with a one year of development support & upgrades. Development support includes the resolution for technical issues.
